Hi everyone,
What do you use for tracking renewal of services you offer? For example, I am thinking of setting up a managed antivirus service with several products in it, but my first issue would be how I can keep track of customers' renewal/expiration dates Any ideas of how you guys do this? This is the first type of this service I have done. I sell Comodo IS and my reseller portal keeps up with this info for me with that program, but how could I do this if I go with another product and/or bundle other stuff with it?
