Hibernate problem with Netbook Ubuntu

as you can see on the pic that i posted above, my problem occur with "disk utility" which is part of the Ubuntu Netbook edition.

I'm a bit confused here about this 'Disk Utility'. I've got Ubuntu Netbook Remix Jaunty running here, I can't find anything labelled as 'Disk Utility'. My install has GParted, which does the same thing. This fits on the screen OK, but it doesn't look like the pictures you posted earlier.

BTW. i have an ASUS 1005P, and i want install Ubuntu Netbook on it, but leave the Win 7 Partition and installation intact, without using Wubi.
i have put the installation files on USB thumb drive, but when i boot with it i need to create a new partition (ext4) and another small one with 7Gb for the Swap Area.
my big concern is if i would make the new partition (which i need to shrink from the Windows 7 partition) with the installation program it will not create any problems with the win partition? can i be sure that it is a reliable utility, or it is better to create an empty partition within windows the the "disk management" ?

I have had luck with re-partitioning Win7 boxes but make a image backup first

I launch to the Ubuntu boot media, launch gParted and shrink the Win7 partition on the right side slider, then just leave empty space on the right side (the end of the drive), then in the Ubuntu installer I say "use largest free space"
