I myself am somewhat adhd. It helps when what you read or watch is interesting. The guy who starts off talking is not the primary speaker; he only talks for about 5 minutes. But when the primary speaker begins to speak, he gets right to the point.
Jesus rose from the dead after being crucified for EVERY one's (past, present, and future) sins. His resurrection proved that he was everything he claimed to be. Anybody can pass from death into life (be heaven-bound instead of hell-bound) if they accept Jesus into their life as their savior, by literally asking Jesus to come in.
"...for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8
Salvation cannot be earned. It is a free gift, and that salvation can never be "lost" once it is obtained, despite popular belief. If salvation could be lost, then that means our salvation depends on our works. Jesus never would have died on the cross for our sins if we could earn our way to heaven. His death on the cross was not a random act, it was planned by Christ before he created man. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." Revelation 13:8
"Slain from the foundation of the world" means that Christ was foreordained to be slain; to take our place for punishment of sin and it's available for anyone who will call on Him; he gives us the free will to choose to accept His free gift.
