Does everyone really just not like Microsoft? Their site Mr. Fixit has solved a lot of issues for my custoemr. Easy for them to use. http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/

I can't say I've used their mrfixit service, but I will say that in the past year or so their support site has gotten much much better. In the days of XP Microsoft was the last site you went looking to resolve an issue cause the documents were poorly prepared and rarely resolved anything. But recently I'm finding I'm heading to them first with very high success rates. Used them today in fact to resolve an issue with a corrupt user profile.

I've used this a bunch of times. Makes for easy fixes instead of having to drill through registry keys all the time.
