• Alienware laptop unable to load service pack 1 because the native language was not english, used Windows Vista Service Pack 1 All Language Standalone (KB936330)
• PC with 32 bit Vista, set up with dual boot 64 bit Vista. Later had problems with patriot SSD drive issue with bios
