Like I said I really was impressed with Dan's book and feel it is a great manual for computer repair business owners. But here are some of things that really stood out to me that I especially enjoyed:
Dan really stresses and gives you the steps on how to do things RIGHT THE
FIRST TIME! This is great so you are not floundering around once you get your feet off the ground.
He has a great work ethic and this comes through in his writing. He stresses all the points where discipline is important in your business
He gives links and tons of real examples, docs, etc... to demonstrate what he is talking about. This makes is so much easier for the reader to absorb the material.
Dan is actually DOING what he says. He currently owns a runs a business so he is not writing from secondhand information. This is the real deal.
He keeps the book up-to-date, so as the tech business changes you will have the current info to help you along.
I just simply really enjoyed reading it!
